In the mountains of Santander, we grow more than just cacao: we cultivate history, dedication, and peasant pride. Our team is made up of 100% Colombian farmers, men and women who understand the land as an extension of themselves, and who plant every day with care, love, and ancestral wisdom.
Our crops are part of a large-scale project that seeks to transform the way cacao is produced and valued in Colombia. We work with two of the country's most exclusive varieties: FEAR5 and FSV41 , fine-aroma cacaos that have received international awards for their flavor, quality, and sensory profile. These varieties, combined with our completely organic process and meticulous attention to every detail, allow us to offer a premium cacao that speaks for itself.
Each grain reflects the soul of the Colombian countryside. We use no chemicals or shortcuts. Just time, earth, water, and a whole lot of heart. This is how Rincón del Alma was born: from the roots, with purpose, for those who value what's real.
