- 2 tablespoons of Rincón del Alma cocoa powder (sweetened with panela)
- 2 cups of vegetable or cow's milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the cocoa, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until completely combined and creamy.

2. Cocoa mug cake (ready in 1 minute)
An express delight, guilt-free and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oat or wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of Rincón del Alma cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
- A few drops of vanilla
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a mug until smooth. Microwave for 1 minute (adjust according to power).

3. Soft banana and cocoa cookies
No added sugar, smooth, healthy and with real cocoa flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of Rincón del Alma cocoa powder
- Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, shredded coconut
Preparation:
Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the oats and cocoa until a dough forms. Shape into balls, flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
An ideal option for breakfast or a post-workout snack.
4. Cocoa and fruit energy bowl
Light, full of flavor and very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of natural or vegetable yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Rincón del Alma cocoa powder
- Chopped fruits (banana, strawberries, papaya, kiwi, etc.)
- Toppings: granola, seeds, peanut butter, shredded coconut
Preparation:
Blend the yogurt with the cocoa until smooth. Serve in a bowl and decorate with fruit and your favorite toppings.
